BE FOREVER YOUNG

FAQS

Once again you folks and others outdid yourselves. The FY8K was really terrific in all respects. I felt so grateful to be a part of it. Thanks for the dedication you gave to this great cause…and that included a tremendous amount of “slogging,” I’m sure.

What is the Forever Young Club?

The Richmond Forever Young Running/Walking Club is a group of mainly retired seniors. Our goal is fun and fitness. Our club has now been running for 9 years and we regularly have 25 – 30 members out every Monday and Wednesday morning for a 10K run or a 6K walk. We have 16 different and adventurous routes in Richmond but we occasionally go in to Kerrisdale, False Creek and Stanley Park. We run/walk for an hour and we socialize over coffee for an hour. That’s the fun part!

Please email any questions you may have to info@foreveryoung8k.ca
